After an exciting journey, the less exciting things need to be done. As KTM requires maintenance every 15 operating hours, some essential jobs need to be done to prepare it for its next adventure.
I changed KTM’s oil, filter, and performed all required maintenance steps for a small service. Then, taking the opportunity, I reorganized tool rolls to have one for KTM and one for Ducati. Both bikes use different tools – one uses even-sized wrenches, while the other uses odd-sized wrenches.

This month, I attended an Adventure Experience event held in a neighboring city. It was a mix of ADV bike sales event, tiny training sessions, motorcycle test rides, and an opportunity to socialize. I took a few photos of attendees’ bikes, purchased a nice helmet belt carrier, and watched some hard adventure riders practice.
On the way back, I explored some gravel roads in the area and thought that next time I should attend some training sessions, such as an introduction to roadbook navigation, held by a Dakar Rally rider.
