This month, I kept up my weekly rides to stay in shape for my Sahara trip, which finally took place at the end of the month.
During those rides, I explored new paths around the area and discovered a few great single tracks. One of them leads to one of the bigger hills nearby. I decided not to tackle it alone this time – but it’s definitely something I’ll come back to with a friend.
The highlight of the month was my trip to Morocco. I spent a week riding along the edges of the Sahara, following classic Paris–Dakar routes and passing through remote bivouac camps. It was an unforgettable experience.
